Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100%. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Cancellation fees reflect reserved appointment time and lost revenue for the salon. Fees may be waived at the salon’s discretion in cases of emergency or illness.
